Creating an account

A Colitu account brings the apps, your subscription and your devices together. You can sign in with the same account on Windows, Android and iOS.

#How to sign up

1. Open the Colitu app and tap Sign up, or go to colitu.com/register.
2. Enter an e-mail address you use. Verification codes and important notices are sent there.
3. Choose a password of at least 8 characters that you don't use anywhere else.
4. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your e-mail. See E-mail verification.

#Password tips

• Use a long password with letters, numbers and symbols.
• Never share your password with support or with Colitu Bot. Colitu staff will never ask for it.
• We recommend a password manager.

#Why verify the e-mail address?

Verification proves the account is yours, makes password recovery possible and stops people from creating account after account to abuse the free trial.

#If sign-up fails

• Sign-up is not available in your region (REGION_NOT_SUPPORTED): sign-ups are temporarily closed in some regions with heavy automated sign-up traffic. Contact support.
• E-mail or password does not meet requirements: check the address and make sure the password has at least 8 characters. You may already have an account with this address; try Sign in.
