#Is there a free trial?

Yes. New accounts use Colitu free for 24 hours on 1 device with 10 GB of traffic. No card is needed. The trial is available once per person; it cannot be claimed again from the same mailbox, device or network.

#How many devices can I use?

You choose the number of devices when building your plan. Each device uses one slot. You cannot connect more devices than your plan allows; to add a new one, remove an old device or add a slot. See Device management.

#Can I share my account?

For a family, choose a plan with several devices. All devices appear under one account and can be removed at any time.

#Which payment methods are there?

Current methods are listed on the pricing page (for example SBP, bank card, crypto). Details: Payment guide.

#Does Colitu keep logs?

We do not record the sites you visit or the contents of the tunnel. The limited data we keep for the service and for security is listed with retention periods in Privacy.

#Will ChatGPT, Gemini or Netflix work?

Every server tests these services regularly and automatically. The AI filter in the app shows servers where ChatGPT and Gemini open, and the Streaming filter shows servers where streaming platforms work.

#Which protocol should I choose?

You don't have to. Colitu picks the best protocol automatically and moves to the next if one is blocked. Curious? See Protocols.

#Can I use it for gaming?

Yes. Pick a server close to you for low ping; on Windows turn on TUN mode so the game's traffic also goes through the tunnel.

#How do I cancel?

Turn off auto-renewal on your account page; your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. See Managing your subscription.

#How do I reach support?

Use the Support section of the app, or Ask Colitu Bot on the website. If the bot cannot solve your problem, the conversation is handed over to live support.
