Colitu Passport
A stamp collection from the countries you connect to, kept entirely on your phone. Stamp and piece rules, levels, chapters, collections, achievements, weekly expeditions, comparing by QR and privacy.
Colitu Passport is in the Android, iPhone, Windows and Linux apps. Each device keeps its own passport; it does not move between devices.
Colitu Passport is a collection of stamps from the countries you connect to. Stamps, pieces and progress are kept only on your phone. There are no random rewards and no paid loot boxes. You can collect every stamp on the free plan too.
How it works
- Open a stamp: stay connected to a country's server for 5 minutes without a break and that country's Bronze stamp opens.
- Collect pieces: with the VPN on, you earn a puzzle piece at minute 10 and at minute 60 every day.
- Level up: 12 pieces raise a stamp one level.
- Complete: finish collections to earn covers and seals.
The piece rule
- You earn at most 2 pieces a day. The limit covers all servers together; switching servers does not earn extra pieces.
- A piece goes to the stamp of the country you are connected to at the moment you reach minute 10 or 60. Someone who always uses the same country can still take that stamp to Diamond.
- The day starts at 00:00 in your phone's local time.
- A new stamp (Bronze) is outside this limit.
- Counting happens in the VPN service; what you earn while the app is closed falls into place when you open it.
Levels
Each level takes 12 pieces:
| Level | Needs |
|---|---|
| Bronze | The first 5 minutes in a row in a country |
| Silver | 12 pieces |
| Gold | 12 more pieces (24 in total) |
| Diamond | 12 more pieces (36 in total) |
| Diamond complete | When the Diamond puzzle is full too (48 in total) |
At 2 pieces a day, a single stamp reaches Silver in 6 days at the earliest, Gold in 12, Diamond in 18 and is complete in 24.
Chapters
- Chapter 01 — Origin
Sweden, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Poland, Latvia, France, the United States, Japan. Collect them all to earn the *Origin Collector* title and open Chapter 02.
- Chapter 02 — Horizons
Norway, Estonia, Lithuania, Switzerland, Canada, Türkiye, Singapore, Hong Kong, Brazil, Australia. Connections to these countries are recorded while the chapter is locked; when it opens, those stamps open together.
- Chapter 03 — Legacy
mastery goals: first every stamp Gold, then every stamp Diamond. What you earn is never taken away.
Collections
| Collection | Stamps | Reward |
|---|---|---|
| Nordic | Sweden, Finland, Norway | Cover and seal |
| Baltic | Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania | Cover and seal |
| Across the Atlantic | United States, United Kingdom, Canada | Cover and seal |
| Heart of Europe | Germany, France, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland | Seal |
| Pacific Rim | Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia | Cover and seal |
| Secret collection | "???" until earned | Seal |
The secret collection's condition is shown once you have earned it.
Achievements and titles
Some achievements are secret and show as "???" until earned. Each achievement gives a title (for example First Connection, Globetrotter, Night Explorer). You pick one; it shows on your passport cover and share card.
Weekly expeditions
Every week brings 3 small goals (for example explore a new country, use the VPN for 10 minutes on 3 different days). Goals are not random: they follow a fixed rotation by week. Rewards are cosmetic. Missing a week is not a penalty; there are no streaks to lose and no countdown pressure.
Passport identity and icons
Your cover and share card show your nickname, your collector number (a 6-digit number made on the phone, not linked to your account), the title you picked and the cover theme. You can pick the app's home-screen icon; some icons unlock with collections and achievements. Your plan only changes the cover colour (Premium cover); stamps and pieces are the same on every plan.
Comparing passports (QR)
Your share card has a QR code. It is a link of the form colitu.com/p#… and carries a summary of your passport: nickname, collector no., title and the level of all 20 stamps. It holds no account data, connection history or location.
- If a friend scans it in the Colitu app, the two passports appear side by side.
- Without the app, the link opens in the browser and shows the passport there.
- The summary sits after the # in the link. Browsers do not send that part to a server; the page reads it only in the browser.
- Comparing is optional; nobody sees your passport unless you share your card.
Privacy
- Stamps, pieces, achievements and expeditions are created and stored only on your phone.
- Which country you connected to, and when, is not sent to our servers.
- If you want, the app sends anonymous totals once a day: how many stamps are open, the highest chapter, stamps per level, finished expeditions and pieces earned that day. This setting starts off. The server keeps only daily totals; no account, device or IP address is stored. Details are in the table on the Privacy page.
- There is no backup. If you delete the app, reset the phone or clear the app's data, your passport is deleted and cannot be restored. Signing in to your account does not bring it back.
FAQ
Do I need Premium for the passport? No. You can earn every stamp and level on the free plan. Your plan only changes the cover colour.
Can I collect pieces faster by switching servers? No. You earn at most 2 pieces a day, and the limit covers all servers together.
Does the Bronze stamp count if my connection drops? A Bronze stamp needs 5 minutes in a row in the same country. If the connection drops, the timer starts again.
Can I move my passport to a new phone? No. The passport is kept only on the phone and is not backed up; a new phone starts a new passport.
Which devices have the passport? The Android, iPhone, Windows and Linux apps. The rules are the same everywhere; each device keeps its own passport.
