v2.5.4 Security and privacy update
This release has no new features; it brings important fixes for signing in, privacy and stability.
Bug fixes
- Signing out no longer shows a wrong "session expired" message or blocks a sign-in.
- Signing out now always ends the session on this device, even if it was being renewed.
- The TV sign-in approval screen can no longer be captured in screenshots or recordings.
- The camera is now always switched off when the scanner closes.
- The "update required" prompt can only appear from Colitu's own signed information.
- Routing files are now kept in the app's private storage and refreshed after every update.
- Passwords are no longer kept in the screen state Android saves in the background.
- Diagnostic reports sent to support now hide e-mail addresses and keys inside links.
- Each installation now uses its own random connection key instead of one shared by all devices.
- Sign-in and password fields now have sensible length limits.
- The code confirmation screen no longer stays stuck on loading after Android restarts the app.
