You can now chat with support inside the app, pick servers by category, and see clearer error messages.
New features
- A chat button in the title bar lets you message the support team inside the app.
- You can attach screenshots, PDF, TXT or ZIP files to your support request.
- Support replies show an unread badge and a notification.
- Optional automatic diagnostics add app and connection details to your support request.
- The Locations page now has Streaming, Gaming, Privacy, Speed, Torrent and AI categories.
- Servers are placed in the categories automatically.
- A 6-digit e-mail confirmation screen with a resend countdown was added for new accounts.
- Messages for device limit, unsupported region sign-in and a used free trial are now clearer.
- The Help Centre now opens from the support page.
Performance improvements
- The free trial is protected against repeat sign-ups from the same computer.
